High voltage and the sea…

High voltage and the sea - do these two things go together? The answer is quite clear: Yes! They even have to! What seems controversial at first is unavoidable - at least for us.

With conventional combustion engines this issue doesn't matter, but the beautiful and quiet idyll of the sea is also quickly gone. Disturbing exhaust smells, humming engines and vibrations are on the daily agenda.

Our electric propulsion systems put an end to all that. Environmentally friendly and safe engines coupled with high-voltage batteries unlock a new level of boating. Constant monitoring, even remotely, and smart control are just two of the many advantages our complete system has to offer.

To become aware of the dangers of electricity once again and to be able to react to them better, co-founder and CEO Christian Ophoff completed two high-voltage training courses at VadoTech.

"The training taught me the basics, theoretically and also practically, to successfully accomplish my work at Omega Grey. Max Pawolek, the trainer from VadoTech, made the high voltage training lively with discussion sessions and demonstrative practical examples.", Christian says.
