An electric drive system consists of many components. To ensure intelligent interaction between all components, our OG Connect Module, can be optionally integrated into the system. Acting as the central control unit, it seamlessly links motors, batteries, and hardware via LINbus and CANbus. The individual components constantly send information to the OG Connect Module. Once there, an evaluation takes place through our software. Critical system conditions can be detected earlier and countermeasures can be initiated. This ensures that the safety on a high-voltage yacht is provided at all times:

    On the one hand, the boat can be connected to the port network via the shore power connection and supplied with energy. On the other hand, the batteries are continuously charged with the energy generated via the solar panels. In case of emergency, the diesel generator can be added to recharge the batteries. The information about the shore power supply can be obtained from the ports.
